Personal profile

This is an advertising card of each egg donor. Since any contact between the patient and donor is excluded, it gives a possibility to get the most profound information about the lady who donated eggs. In the profile, you will find data about her appearance, education and occupations, hobbies and interests. Moreover, you can take a look inside her personality. There will be questions presenting the donor individual attitude towards specific life concepts as well as a result of her psychological test. A really touching moment is when a donor writes a message of goodwill to the future child to be born from her eggs. She cannot even imagine how this child will look like, where he will live but the emotions she conveys through the words are absolutely sincere. One more important thing while choosing a donor is to assess her family background. We give you a possibility to look at the genealogical tree and get to know a bit more about her parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, siblings and own children.

Adult photos

For each egg donor, we create a portfolio of indoors and outdoors images. We take photos of ladies from different angles and in various positions to give you an extensive overview of their appearance. All images are with high definition, so you can easily zoom them in to examine closely some notable details.

Medical history

This is an extended medical record of an egg donor and her close family members. The medical history file consists of a list of questions covering donor reproductive and sexual life, delivery terms of her children plus their height and weight at birth. Moreover, there is a questionnaire about various diseases and the frequency of their occurrence in her family. The illnesses examined are related to:
