Surrogacy programs & cost
Surrogacy programs in Ukraine have been allowed for over 20 years and are completely legal. Mandatory conditions for surrogacy are the presence of medical indications for a woman, the couple being in an official heterosexual marriage and taking genetic material from at least one of the spouses.
Nadiya Odessa clinic provides a comprehensive support to potential parents, on the other hand, we take care and support the surrogate mother so that her pregnancy is as comfortable as possible and she does not experience constant stress while carrying a baby for another couple. We pay great attention to the psychological and emotional state of the surrogate mother, as this directly affects the condition of the future baby. We also monitor her healthy habits: a varied balanced diet, moderate physical activity, and outdoor walks. For patients of our clinic, we provide regular reports on the condition of the surrogate mother and the course of pregnancy.

Documentation and process arrangement of baby departure
After the birth of the child (children), the clinic issues a certificate of genetic relationship between the parents and the child. Based on this certificate, a team of our lawyers carries out the registration of the child (collection of documents, obtaining a Ukrainian birth certificate).
Afterwards, the birth certificate is apostilled with its further translation, which is certified by a notary.
Further, parents can carry out the execution of the necessary documents for the child to leave Ukraine. Our team of lawyers will advise on this matter or can manage this issue by themselves.
On average, paperwork takes from 1 week to 2-3 months, and it greatly depends on the country where intended parents come from.
During your first contact with the clinic on the matter of the surrogacy program, we will be able to provide you with all the necessary information about the documents that will be needed at each stage of the program, as well as the timing of the paperwork for the baby after his birth, so that the new family gets back home as soon as possible.
